If You Like Chardonnay ...
You don’t have to like Chardonnay to enjoy this class! The idea is to take flavor profiles many of us are familiar with—California Moscato, New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, Oregon Pinot Noir and Napa Cab—and grow our horizons by trying less celebrated regions and varietals that offer similar flavor profiles—maybe better!
Italian Interlude
Virtually every region of Italy can be consider a wine region, and wine is meant to be enjoyed with good food and great company! We'll virtually visit the Tuscan coast and the celebrated regions of Veneto and Piedmost then head south to experience the volcanic soils of Campania and the island oasis of Sicily.
